Shinigami

Shinigami is the Grim Reaper, a joker who becomes serious when circumstances demand it. His soul wavelength is large enough to cover Death City, and his Direct Noggin Shinigami Chop is both a joke and a real attack. He takes a playful tone with his son, Death the Kid.
