Shiki

Shiki is a notorious pirate affiliated with the Golden Lion Pirates and associated with the Paramecia-type Float-Float Fruit. Known as the first prisoner to escape Impel Down, he was a major pirate during Roger's era. He replaces the legs he cut off during his escape with swords that function as prosthetics.
