Shiki

Shiki is a woman created to serve Yuga and later brainwashed into obedience, with an enchanted snake tattoo used to control her. She is ordered to find a man suitable to become the Dark Lord's vessel and targets Haohmaru for that purpose.
Story spoilers
After Haohmaru defeats Yuga, Shiki is freed and later lives without memories of her servitude under the name Kanae. When Yuga returns, Shadow Asura restores those memories, but he and Shiki fall in love. After Yuga is defeated again, Shiki gives birth to Mikoto and leaves the child with Nicotine Caffeine and Haohmaru; her later fate is uncertain, though her death is strongly implied.
