Shihoko Kishida is a veteran Syndicate operative and Contractor assigned to infiltrate Alma's organization and collect intelligence for an assassination. Her power destroys a target's internal organs, while her remuneration temporarily restores normal human sensitivity, causing a potentially shocking rush of emotion. Her history with Huang leaves a lasting emotional wound between them.

Shihoko ultimately jumps in front of a truck, sacrificing herself so Huang will no longer be targeted by the Syndicate.
