Shiho Sannomiya

Shiho Sannomiya is a Level 7 psychometer and The Children's sarcastic, often dark-minded member. Her ability lets her read enormous amounts of information from people and objects, while a special gun fires nanotube wires that restrain targets and let her read them from a distance. The weapon can also deliver electric shocks, and Shiho sometimes carries conventional weapons as well.
