Biography
Setsuna F. Seiei is a Celestial Being Gundam Meister shaped by a childhood as a soldier. Taciturn and introverted, he is fiercely opposed to war and comes to see Gundams as symbols of salvation after one saves his life. His desire for peace sits in painful tension with his talent for violence.
Story spoilers
Setsuna's real name is Soran Ibrahim. Exposure to concentrated GN particles later enhances his brain for quantum brainwaves, and he evolves into humanity's first genuine Innovator. After joining with the ELS, his body is remade so extensively that he is no longer entirely human.
