Senkou no Flash

Senkou no Flash, also known as Flashy Flash, is a 25-year-old human S-Class superhero ranked 13th. A master swordsman and ninjutsu practitioner, he possesses exceptional speed and agility. Calm and serious but also apparently arrogant, he can become hasty and reckless despite his normally collected demeanor.

Flashy Flash is described as arguably the fastest S-Class hero in the association aside from Blast and Saitama. His speed and combat ability let him confront extremely dangerous opponents with powerful kicks and sword attacks.
