Seitokaichou

Seitokaichou is a smart, bespectacled student council president whose real name is unrevealed. Despite her timid demeanor, she wins the position with a speech that sounds threatening to the student body. She repeatedly places procedural obstacles in the Pastimers Club's way while wavering between befriending its members and undermining them.
