Seikichi Kuroda

Seikichi Kuroda is the former "guardian" of Hekikuu High and the most openly delinquent member of his group, skipping classes to smoke and provoking fights. Large and capable of a strong punch, he is not physically weak, but fear and panic often cause his defeats. He is also simple-minded enough to be manipulated and has an unrequited crush on Ryoko. Ooshita and Tokiyama remain his loyal friends and followers.
