Saw

Saw is an escaped death-row serial killer who reaches Japan with Uzuki's help. Believing ordinary lives are boring, he seeks to give people dramatic, “sublime” deaths. In combat, he uses a chipped axe with a wooden handle, sometimes attaching it to a rope for ranged attacks.
