Satsuki Kiryuuin is an 18-year-old central character in Kill la Kill and the student council president of Honnouji Academy. She rules the school with overwhelming authority, evaluates the abilities of its students, and possesses the power to draw out strength beyond ordinary human limits.

She is later revealed to be Ryuuko Matoi's sister and eventually shares Ryuuko's goal after turning against her mother.
