Satsuki Hyoudou

Satsuki Hyoudou is the thirty-year-old manager of Café Latte and Misaki's boss. Cheerful and perceptive, she enjoys work that lets her make people happy and understands that Misaki is uncomfortable with maid-café work. Satsuki also has a habit of voicing her fantasies and hires Usui as a part-time cook.
