Sakuma

Sakuma is a first lieutenant in the Imperial Japanese Army. Ordered by Colonel Mutou to observe the newly established, classified D Agency and report its progress to Army General Staff, he is shocked by its operatives. A strict, conventional officer, he resents their unrestrained and undisciplined behavior.
