Saki is a quiet, gentle and ladylike Steel Angel created by Dr. Ayanokouji and initially activated with orders to destroy Kurumi and seize her Mark II Heart.
Story spoilers
Saki's improper activation causes her to collapse, but energy from Kurumi's Mark II Heart permanently activates her. She then pledges loyalty and love to Kurumi, with the two calling each other "sister"; later, Karinka kidnaps and badly injures Saki, leaving her with a long recovery.
