Sakaki

Sakaki, also known as Giovanni, is the ambitious and unforgiving boss of Team Rocket and a former Tokiwa City Gym Leader. He controls extensive wealth and resources, oversees operations in both Kanto and Johto, and generally communicates with subordinates remotely rather than meeting them in person.
