Character profile
Saito
サイトBiography
Saito is one of Section 9's least cyberized operatives and serves primarily as the unit's tactical sniper. He can handle automatic firearms with exceptional precision, while his prosthetic left eye, the "Hawkeye," links with satellites to support extraordinarily accurate shots. He is also valued for anticipating how enemy snipers will choose their positions.
