Saint-Germi

Saint-Germi is a powerful nobleman who owns a quarter of the Orte Empire and was one of Hitler's closest allies during its formation. The Empire is said to owe its existence partly to Saint-Germi's earlier "betrayal," giving him unusual freedom from criticism. Despite that position, he is not loyal to the Empire and, believing its collapse is approaching, plans to contact the elves and the Drifters traveling with them. Though over fifty, he appears youthful and presents with an effeminate, drag-queen style.
