Sachiko Juraku

Sachiko Juraku is a former vice-president of the Student Council and former chairwoman of its Public Morals Committee. Extremely sadistic and lacking empathy, she takes pleasure in hurting others physically and psychologically, pushing them toward complete emotional collapse. Her treatment of Mikura includes keeping her on a leash for much of the time.
