Ryuuko Saitou is a mysterious scientist and time traveler who opposes Gawl, Koji and Ryo. She manipulates Dr. Tekuma Nekasa by exploiting his desire to recover his past and repeatedly summons Generators to carry out her plans, including attempts to capture or kill Gawl and his companions.
