Ryouji Mochizuki
望月綾時Biography
Ryouji Mochizuki arrives as a cheerful new transfer student who quickly befriends Junpei and the others. His reckless enthusiasm for dating becomes a frequent talking point, while Aigis remains openly wary of him and repeatedly calls him dangerous.
Story spoilers
Ryouji is actually the Nyx Avatar, the Appriser and harbinger of Death and Nyx, as well as the older form of Pharos. A battle with Aigis restores his memories of that purpose. In the game, he later presents the group with a choice to kill him and forget the Dark Hour or allow him to live, insisting that Nyx's arrival is inevitable; he is also revealed as Thanatos, the Ultimate Persona of the Death Arcana.
