Ryouichi Mitani
三谷良一Biography
Ryouichi Mitani is a 16-year-old local of Torishirojima who often runs around shirtless in the name of freedom. That habit regularly puts him at odds with Nomiki, who considers it indecent. He also spends time at the secret base he shares with Tenzen.
