Ryou

Ryou is the landlady of the apartment complex where Jahy lives, while her sister owns the restaurant where Jahy works. She is aggressive about collecting rent and is willing to evict Jahy, but she is intimidated by her sister, something Jahy occasionally uses to her advantage.
