Ruru Sanjo

Ruru Sanjo, usually called Baa-chan or Granny by her tenants, is the tough, pistol-carrying landlady of the Gochiso apartments and owner of the school-supply shop on the premises. Impressed by Hibiki's determination, she helps him disguise himself as a woman and maintain the disguise while he is on campus.
