Rose Anderson

Biography

Rose Anderson is a vain, attention-seeking bandit who calls herself “The Blue Comet.” Honest but unyielding, proud, and selfish, she and her brothers donate their spoils to Unregistered Citizens while often causing large amounts of public damage. Rose carries a laser-based hand pistol, rides a large motorcycle with a hidden cannon, and sometimes hums “Return to love (Jazz version)” to calm herself.

Story spoilers

In the later half of the series, Rose is revealed to be Rita Revant, Roy's daughter who went missing after the Blast Fall incident. She finds that difficult to accept at first but later does, before being killed during the second Blast Fall when the clock tower collapses. The song she hums is one she heard as a baby, when she and her mother, Roy's wife, were still around before the first Blast Fall incident.
