Story spoilers

Roberta's former identity is Rosarita Cisneros, an ex-FARC guerrilla trained as an assassin in Cuba and wanted internationally as the “Bloodhound of Florencia.” Her extensive combat training makes her an exceptionally dangerous fighter with firearms, blades, stealth, and hand-to-hand techniques. After becoming disillusioned with her guerrilla past, she joins the Lovelace family as a maid, though later events in the manga draw her back into battle in pursuit of revenge.
