Ritsu Iijima

Ritsu Iijima can perceive the supernatural, an ability inherited from his grandfather Ryou Iijima, a novelist who wrote under the name Kagyuu Iijima. Ritsu's grandfather died when Ritsu was very young and left behind Seiran, a guardian spirit contracted to protect him. When the series begins, Ritsu is in high school and deals with spirits, supernatural objects and occurrences, and occasional real-world problems alongside Seiran and his cousin Tsukasa.
