Rikou Takitsubo
滝壺理后Biography
Rikou Takitsubo is a member of ITEM and a LV4 esper whose AIM Stalker ability can detect and memorize the AIM fields of other espers, allowing her to locate targets for the team. She is considered to have the potential to reach Level 5.
Story spoilers
A battle temporarily leaves Rikou with brain damage that prevents her from using her esper power, but she later recovers and again has a path toward Level 5. Academy City's calculations suggest that at full Level 5 potential she could alter other espers' levels, grant or remove abilities, and change one esper ability into another.
