Rikako Oota is the daughter of RGO owner Kazuo Ota and an aspiring tuner following her father's profession. She works on Eiji Kamiya's Evo alongside him.
Story spoilers
Rikako's first solo tuning job is the Devil Z after Akio specifically asks for her help. Jun Kitami later entrusts the car's tuning to her, and she eventually takes ownership of the shop, which is renamed Rikako Speed Factory.
