Ricotta Elmar

Ricotta Elmar is Biscotti's Chief Researcher despite being the same age as Cinque. Friendly and exceptionally intelligent, she is intensely curious about unfamiliar machinery and wants to analyze it. Ricotta has many friends among Biscotti's knights, works hard on Cinque's “problem” and tends to end her sentences with “de arimasu.”
