Ribon-chan

Ribon-chan is Maria-chan's hamster, a somewhat sheltered but generous and helpful girl who treasures her blue ribbons. She previously lived in France but becomes strongly attached to Japan and refuses to return. Ribon-chan also has a crush on Hamtarou, who remains oblivious to her feelings.
