Rerere no Oji-san

Rerere no Oji-san is the Bakabon family's odd neighbor, named for a habit of saying “Rerere” rather than “are” when confused by the series' many shenanigans. He is almost always seen sweeping the street outside his yard and wears a yukata with geta sandals.
