BioNet murdered Renais's mother and, shortly afterward in 2002, abducted Renais and turned her into a cyborg. After Renais defied BioNet, Chasseur rescued her in 2004 from a facility where she had been chained up to die. Raiga saved Renais's life by adding a portable GS-Generator to her cybernetics, and Renais eventually joined Chasseur in efforts to destroy BioNet. At the very end of FINAL, Renais and Soldato J began to develop a relationship.
