Reijirou Enokizu

Reijirou Enokizu is a private detective who founded the Rose and Cross agency. He attended college with Kyougokudou and Sekiguchi and is also Kiba's childhood friend. After nearly losing his sight during the war, he gained the unusual ability to perceive the floating memories of people around him. Eccentric, he is poor at remembering names and often teases Sekiguchi for looking like a turtle.
