Biography
Rei Oogami is a mysterious 16-year-old antihero whom Sakura first sees burning people with blue flames before he transfers into her school. His left arm can burn anything he touches with blue flame.
Story spoilers
He identifies himself as Code:Breaker 06, a secret government agent who punishes people beyond the reach of ordinary law. The blue flame is later revealed as one of seven demonic flames whose use requires compensation from Oogami. His true Lost form is eventually revealed to be invisibility.
