Refill Sage
リフィル・セイジRaine / Professor
Biography
Refill Sage is Genius's older sister and Iselia's schoolteacher. Usually calm and levelheaded, she becomes intensely excited around ruins and raised Genius by herself from childhood. She is also a notoriously poor cook and takes criticism of her food badly.
Story spoilers
Refill and Genius are actually half-elves from Tethe'alla who were sent to Sylvarant by their parents to escape discriminatory laws and keep the gifted Refill from being exploited by the Imperial Research Academy. While fleeing the Academy, she nearly drowned after falling from a boat, leaving her with severe hydrophobia. In battle, she serves as a staff-wielding healer with light-element spells and stat augmentations.
