Rebecca Catalina

Second Lieutenant Rebecca Catalina is a soldier under Lieutenant General Grumman at East City Headquarters and a close friend of Riza Hawkeye. Her combat ability is described as comparable to Hawkeye's and Havoc's, but she spends much of her time complaining about being single and asking Riza to help her find a partner. She declares that she hopes to land a handsome man and retire from the military early.
