Ranshiin

Ranshiin is a mysterious black-winged Windragon who seems to be the one truly controlling DWC, constantly bullying and intimidating the company's president. Ranshiin takes an interest in Shiron because of their similarities, yet is described as Shiron's physical and mental antithesis in every way. A lack of wind seems to annoy Ranshiin easily, leading to frequent use of electric fans.
