Ranko Hata

Ranko Hata heads the school's newspaper club and is constantly hunting for material. She photographs student council members without permission, sells the pictures around school and twists interview answers into suggestive stories, with Tsuda a frequent target. Usually expressionless, she speaks in a deadpan monotone in the anime and says “kodak” before taking photographs.
