Randy Maclean

Randy "Ryo" Maclean is a shy, sensitive officer partnered with Dee. Mature and attentive when it matters, he takes the young Bikky into his home and has a compassionate nature, especially toward children. He is private about his feelings and often tries to deflect Dee's advances, though he seems to care a great deal about him.
