Pulse

Pulse is the prototype for Signal, built by Otoi-sensei and Masanobu. Originally a gentle silver-haired robot, he is upgraded into a formidable combat model with long black hair, large arm-mounted blades and an apparent eye laser powered by electricity conducted through his hair. The upgrade leaves him extremely near-sighted and prone to passing out after using the laser or exhausting himself. He constantly argues with Signal but has a soft spot for Chibi Signal.
