Puck

Puck is a wind spirit from Elfhelm on the island of Skellig. Visible only to the open-minded, he can heal wounds with powder from his wings, blind enemies with a flash of light, and use the painful but non-injuring "Bloody Needle" attack. Puck joins Guts's journey and often provides comic relief alongside Isidro.
