Polka Takahashi

After struggling with mathematics and failing her high school entrance exams, she enrolled at the internet-based L-High on her grandmother's advice. Discovering school idols inspired her to found Ikizurai-bu!. Bright and cheerful, she often breaks into dance when excited, though she also has a scatterbrained side.
