Plug Cryostat

Plug Cryostat is a Juuden-chan from a parallel world who can recharge people suffering from depression or misfortune. She is somewhat airheaded and not especially skilled at the job, but her phasing ability normally keeps her invisible to ordinary humans. Unlike colleagues focused on charging clients and getting paid, Plug tries to understand the root of their problems so they will not fall into the same state again.
