Perona

Perona, the "Ghost Princess," is a Gothic Lolita-styled commander serving Gecko Moria on Thriller Bark. She also commands Perona Wonder Garden and its animal zombies, and she has little tolerance for anything she considers uncute. Her Horo Horo no Mi lets her create ghosts that can pass through people and induce a kind of depression.
