Patrick is a Shadow living under the care of his Living Doll and "face," Ricky. Arrogant, confident and loyal, he has a strong sense of duty and returns help given to him.
Story spoilers
During the debut, Patrick suffers a panic attack that exposes insecurities tied to his need to prove his worth. He later becomes kinder, humbler and more open-minded and develops a particular interest in Emilico after she comforts him. Later chapters reveal that he had fallen in love with her.
