Character profile
Papi
Biography
Papi is the apparent owner of Popee's strange circus and looks even more clown-like than Popee, with headgear resembling a South American sun idol. He torments Popee much as Popee torments Kedamono and drives an odd vehicle powered by a pink elephant head mounted at the front.
