Pamo

Pamo, also known as Pawmi, is a small orange rodent-like Pokémon with large forelimbs and electrical organs in its cheeks and forepaws. When threatened, it rubs its cheeks to build electricity and delivers the charge through contact with its forepaws; its thick fur also helps store electricity and insulate it from the cold.
