Biography
Pacifica Casull is the 15-year-old girl known as the Scrapped Princess. Thrown from a cliff as a baby but surviving, she was adopted as the youngest child of the Casull family. Despite a prophecy claiming she will destroy the world at age 16, Pacifica remains sweet, innocent, and generally bright in her outlook, even as she blames herself for the suffering around her.
Story spoilers
Pacifica closely resembles Sillia Mauser, a seer connected to the Genesis Wars. Her existence was prepared thousands of years earlier as the Providence Breaker, intended to resist the Peacemakers' mind control and break the system imprisoning humanity.
