Ozu

Ozu is the protagonist's mischievous friend, linked to him by what is called the "black thread of fate." His ghastly appearance is attributed to a diet of instant food and ramen and his refusal to eat vegetables. He also appears as a child in The Night Is Short, Walk on Girl.
