Oyuki

Oyuki is the queen of Neptune, portrayed as a frozen and snowy planet. A childhood friend of Lum, Ran, and Benten, she is modeled on the yuki-onna of Japanese folklore and can create and control ice, snow, and extreme cold. Usually soft-spoken and regal, she is slow to anger but extraordinarily formidable when provoked.
